Making the most of my Mental Health is a series of books aimed at increasing language around Mental Health. All of the books have a heavy visual aspect with as little words as possible. This allows the individual to explore the meanings for themselves. Each book in written in language appropriate to the ages.

There are three versions.

The Junior Version is designed to help you start a conversation with your young person around mental health and things that can be down to improve it. This also includes a work book for the young person to fill in.

The Adolescent Version follows a similar lay out to the junior version but introduces them the world of Journaling as part of mental health wellness. A starter journal is included.

The Adult Version explores some of the top things used to maintain mental health wellness. This again highlights the importance of Journaling. A starter journal is included.

The CHANGED Program © SID Version.

When I wrote this program I originally wrote it specific for the Military Communities. Over the last year I have amended and re-designed the SID Version. The SID Version is the Self Introspection & Development Training Program. The program is designed for working with Individuals & groups that are in the process of positive change. The program allows them to take a personal inventory of the Thoughts, Behaviours and Feelings and develop a skillset that provides them with the ability to self-monitor in situations that normally would cause them distress. The CHANGED program© is designed to reduce stressors felt by individuals in their everyday lives. The program assists individuals to become skilled in providing their own supportive and de-escalation techniques in their daily lives which helps them to engage in behaviour change.
