Training in Veteran Services  and Training for Veterans.

I have been privileged in my life to have worked with our Veteran community.  As a result I use the knowledge and experience I have gained to assist them, In using life skills programs and other programs to assist in their transition from deployment to reintegration and the transition and readjustment to civilian life. 

Training, Development & Design.

For training needs I operate from the T treble D principal, Task, Design, Develop & Deliver so that these programs are developed just to suit your organization, business or facility. The program is designed using evidence-based research and resources. The program is unique to your needs and can be designed to include or exclude whatever you require. I am experienced in initiative and program design and have designed many programs in a bespoke manner as everybody requires something different sometimes. Following a discussion the draft program will be sent to you for your approval before program delivery. Any changes additions or subtractions are made at the draft stage.
