We are legally obliged to supply you with the product fitting the description at purchase.
This applies to all goods available on out site at your time of purchase. However we are not legally bound by information or descriptions or images that we provide as there are as accurate as possible at the time of sale.
We hold the right to alter modify or cancel your order at any time where necessary if we cancel your order we will refund to you an amount equal to that which you paid at the time of purchase. The payment instrument is your responsibility to monitor and acknowledge receipt of refund.
We accept Credit Card and Debit Card & Paypal payments when you provide authorisation of you card you authorise the use of the card and access to the payment instrument you have chosen and you authorise the use of the card for the payment of goods by us.
If we believe or have believe that you have breached our terms and conditions or violated law we reserve the right to cancel the payment and return the amount to you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY.
When you order goods from our site we will endeavor to distribute the goods to you within 7 working days country permitting. For international customers your order may take longer to get to you. For print to order books and materials this may take longer we endeavor to distribute these to you in 14 working days country permitting. Excluding bank holidays and weekends. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays outside of our control or unforeseen circumstances.
You will be required to pay for postage of the goods.
If you purchase from a country outside Ireland you may be subject to import taxes and duty. This is your responsibility and liability falls to the operator of this site. We are also not liable for any non-payment on your behalf of such taxes or duties.
RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT.
If you live in the UK or European Union you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 without any notice

The right to cancel does not apply to Newspapers magazines or periodicals except for subscribers.
If you cancel your order and the goods have already been dispatched to you are bound to return the goods to us. You are responsible for the return postage costs. We are not responsible to any damage caused to the goods in postage or transit by you.
If you cancel your contract either us we will reimburse all costs at time of purchase including delivery costs except where you advised of delivery cost not outlines in the contract. We will return the standard delivery cost outlined at time of purchase. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your reimbursement to reflect any damage or value reduction in the cost of the item that was caused by handling other than what s necessary to establish the product.
We provide any refund without delay and no later than or earlier then 14 days after we receive the goods back refunds are through the same method of payment and the same devise or system.
CUSTOMER PROTECTION LAW.
WHERE THE SALE OF GOODS AND SUPPLY OF SERVICE ACT 1980 or any other law that governs your jurisdiction these terms and conditions will not limit your legal rights. However where a conflict does arise the mandatory provision of legalisation will apply.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Except where prohibited by law you indemnify and hold harmless Audra Larkin any officers or third parties associated with this site against claims losses damages liability and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of the site or your violation of our terms and conditions.

This terms and condition are governed but the law of Ireland.
Additional Terms and Conditions.
No person who does not hold certification in the CHANGED Program or The CHANGED Program series of writings can use any of the training material or the program as a model of intervention or for training or education purposes. Using the CHANGED Program series of programs requires training and certification for use by a practitioner/service/individual in any form of practice. Training must be provided for the use of the program. Where a practitioner or service or individual uses all or in part any the CHANGED Program Series the intellectual property owner (Audra Larkin & audralarkin.com) will not hold the legal responsibility for such acts. The person shall then be in breach of Intellectual property laws and the terms and conditions of use. The owner of this site has the right to legally challenge any such breach.
SEVERABLITIY.
If these terms and conditions are found at any time to be inconsistent or invalid they will be removed. All other provisions are excluded from these.
CHANGES.
